GA Europe is a 100% subsidiary of the publicly listed Great American Group (GAMR).

We operate in partnership with retailers and their financial stakeholders across Europe to resolve complex or distressed situations. In the last five years, Great American Group has handled over $10 billion of retail stock clearance and undertaken nearly 4,000 appraisals, and it has extensive lines of credit to support our positions. Great American Group has recently extended its operations to Europe by forming GA Europe and is recruiting a team for its Mayfair, London, office.

We maximise returns and minimise risk in difficult retail situations across Europe by:

  • Acquiring under-performing retail businesses or divisions
  • Implementing store closure and/or stock clearance programmes
  • Providing finance
  • Purchasing distressed debt positions
  • Appraising inventory to support ABLs, IBRs or the y/e statutory audit

GA Europe is uniquely positioned to evaluate, recommend and implement the best course of action in any retail situation.
